of constructive definition of the space of states of the quantum
electromagnetic field and of the structure of that space
from the functional analysis point of view.
Formulated and proved
the certainty principle
for quantum systems. The certainty principle turned out to be
more fundamental and general than the Heisenberg uncertainty principle
and the Mandelshtam-Tamm relation.
